[Art/Systems] Ronneburg Quickdock Lights

Type: Art (Station Model?) or maybe Systems (Station?), not sure who does what.
Bug: Ronneburg simply doesn't have quick dock lights.
====================

Reproduction Steps:

• Be moving a ship for community event.
  
• Go to quickdock on Ronneburg.
  
• No light.
  
• Quickdock anyway because the point is right in front of the phallic protrusion.
  

Additional Information: Darkness (Lack of light)
