[Equipment]No SHF shield available

Bug: ai_adapted_shield_shf and technocrat_shield_shf are the only available shf shields

Additional Information:
The Poltergeist (dsy_mjolnir) is the RFP SHF for over 16 years now.
The above mentioned shields are not within the RFP ZoI and tech compatibility sucks anyway.
At the moment I can only mount (light) bomber shields on it.
I'd like to not use bomber shields, as they have -100% resistance to fighter weaponry.

Fixed pending release

All bomber shields have had their shield weaknesses removed since 5.1 patch dropped.

Infocards were not reflecting that change.

SHF shields are no longer in use. Bombers will only either use the Standard Bomber Shields or the Advanced Bomber Shields
