[Systems] Deshielded scidata anomaly dies instantly to cruise disruptor

Type: Systems
Bug: After deshielding a scidata anomalies, you can use a cruise disruptor to instantly kill it, dealing all hull damage to it and causing it to drop its loot.

Reproduction Steps:

• Buy a Corvo and equip a Hornet Cruise Disruptor
  
• Load up on ammo for your Anomaly Scanner and Cruise Disruptorr
  
• Fly to an anomaly zone (I used the one in Tau-23)
  
• Fire your Anomaly Scanner at an Anomaly until its shield bar is depleted
  
• Fire a cruise disruptor at the deshielded Anomaly
  

Additional Information: This allows you to mine 5 times with a single load of 150 scanners (using I think 28 or 29 per anomaly, instead of the normal 33).

I don't know for certain that this is unintentional, but I wanted to post it in case it is.

If you're using just the Anomaly Scanner, you get 20 per run. If you min/max using guns or CDs in this case, you can get 25. I'm pretty sure that's intended.
