Bug: Gallic GB Turret access for Royalists


Additional Information: The only place Gallic Royalists can access Gallic Gunboat Turrets is Battlecruiser Accuser, which is not dockable for gunboats or frigates. They and any other gunboat gear should probably be moved to the Resurgent instead.
