[Infocards] Typo in Gallic engine infocard

Bug: The CNO-X Freighter Engine has an extra ">" in the header of its infocard. I imagine this is probably an XML formatting error.

Reproduction Steps:

• Go to Monte Carlo Freeport in Provence.
  
• Go to the Equipment Dealer.
  
• Click on the CNO-X Freighter Engine in the internal equipment tab.
  
• Notice the extra ">" that no other engine has.
  

Additional Information: Bet you thought you could get away with it because nobody plays in Gallia, huh? Well, you were wrong. I play in Gallia.
