[Systems/Server Config] Some PoB models disappear from scanner after 15k

Some models (to name 2 examples, Gas Miner II and Depot) disappear from scanner range at distances further than 15k. This makes over over 1/3rd of available models actually unusable except for niche situations, as having to fly all the way to the base just to check highlighted commodities is a massive disadvantage over just keeping the default model.

Either the models need a warning on the thread showcasing them, or all of them need to be configured to be visible system-wide (on scanner).

This is due to some element or component of NPC stations using the same model. They are meant to be hidden. When PoBs use the same model, carries over all characteristics, including this hidden part.

Others have brought this up, though it's good we have a listing here now.
