We are pleased to provide you with important details regarding your upcoming transit to the MFE Academy in Omicron Theta. Please take note of the following information, which pertains to the pre-boarding schedule based on your respective regions of departure:

• Passengers from Bretonia, Kusari, and Rheinland: You can expect a pre-boarding warning within 24 hours of your scheduled transit. Bretonian passengers are required to show a Zoner-Firiendly-Permit (ZFP) at the boarding gate.
  
• Passengers from Liberty: Your pre-boarding announcement will be provided within 24 to 48 hours provided that you have undergone the LSF pre-flight program 72hrs prior to departure. Those who have not done so can file for a quick-depart-permit at the local LSF office. Office hours are from mon-thu 11:00-12:30 and 14:30-15:00.
  
• Passengers from Gallia: Please expect a pre-boarding announcement between 36 and 60 hours prior to departure.
  

Additionally, we are delighted to inform you that accommodations on board the MFE Academy have been fully arranged for your comfort. A welcoming meet-and-greet lunch has been scheduled for Saturday, October 12th, allowing us all an opportunity to connect before we commence our work together.

All detailed information regarding your onboarding will be securely wired to your NeuralNet accounts.
