They sure are preparing to refuel they'r fleets to attack us.

Again, our enemigos are attacking us, they want to disrupt the peaceful Imperio with they'r stinky tongues, they'r lies, and they'r disgusting pies! We shall stop them from doing that. We must protect the Imperio from all of those who want to kill our innocent hermanos in it.
For that, I shall call to arms every single soldado in the Imperio, to mobilize against those who want to bring chaos, destruction, and missery to us, we must pave the road to victory with the skulls of those who face us, so the rest fear our might.

The main priorities are to kill or request for his H-FUEL cargo every single vessel mobilizing towards Kusari or Rheiland from the hole those serpientes live, Sigma-13. They might be many, but our preventive attack will deter them from striking us in the future.
