The Overwatch has noticed a surge in the artifact trade towards Kusari space. The Overwatch would like to reach of to our allies in Deterrence as to allow us both to understand that is now happening in concerns to increased activity. Further allowing us both to go forward without any incidences between our two forces.

Señor Eddy, we fought many battles togheter, indeed. Cierto es that we deterred nomads to arrive at Theta from this hole, Delta.
I can't blame the over-watch command, they are really busy with the expansionist terrorist menace of Core, and the remains of the nomads till causing havoc and miseria. Needless is to say the importance to keep those elements in control.
I am not aware of any type of increased artifact trade, as you of course should know, we operate with high standards with those artifacts so they are as dead as the outcasts. Not sure why also some of you'r pilotos engaged a poor freighter, the guy had to drop the containers and thrust away, I don't want any of this to repeat. And again, why should we bother? its not in our field that some imbeciles grab stuff they don't know, we want they'r dinero Eddy, whatever they do about it after, we simply don't care, once its out of the Imperio, its not our problem.

Concerning The Increase In The Artifact Trade
Greetings Executor Francisco Javier de Creta,
It is an honor to be able to speak to you on a more official circumstance. I am glad to know that the increase in the artifact trade does not find its source with our allies in the Corsairs. We will continue to narrow drown the source of these more active artifacts that we are seeing.
As to this freighter you speak of, I have not come across any reports concerning what I assume was a Corsair flagged freighter. If I could be given some evidence as to this event I would be happy to look into it. If the offending Pilot was of the First Fleet I will be sure to personally remand them for attacking an allied vessel. If this pilot was of the second fleet I will remind them of the treat that still stands between the Overwatch and Deterrence.
