So uh, hey Doc, it's been a while. I wanted to see what was going on over there. I've been hearing a fair few rumors floating around that you've done something to really piss off Kusari. And I mean, really piss off Kusari. Now I admit I know you can take care of yourself, but, for some reason this feels different. Part of me though wonders if I should even be askin' you about this here mess, whatever it may be. But, call me concerned, and a gossip. What's going on? What'd you do this time?

Greetings, Miss Bishop!

It's good to hear from you again! First off, my sincere apologies for replying to your message only days later. The boss has bestowed upon me the, ahem, honor of having additional clinic hours this month. This is the first proper day off I've had since then, so personal comms were delayed...but I am not here to lament.

Your concerns are most appreciated, Elizabeth. And while it is true that I had an altercation in Kusari a while back, I am surprised that such news find their way through the grapevines that quickly, to become the talk of spacers...that being said, rest assured I am fine and dandy. As for the mentioned trouble, it was a simple dispute with a local police patrol, about some licensed items from Honshu. Gotta admit, things got a bit heated and ended in, well...the quick deconstruction of my previous company vessel. Without me being inside, fortunately.

While I'd love to go into details, the day is almost over again, and there's still tons of documentation work left to check. So, tell you what! Once clinic duty is dealt with in a few days, how about we catch up on our recent exploits and gossip a bit over a neat drink in a comfortable bar, face to face? Preferably one in the wilder side of Sirius though. Kinda tired of House Space lately...

Well heck that's still a bit of a mess, folks were leading me on and making me sound like something really bad went down... like you took a shit and fell right back in it. But heck that's what rumors and hearsay turn into, ain't it, Doc? Folks always jump to the dramatic stuff, it's much more interesting in terms of gossip I figure. Well, glad you ain't dead. Let's meet up sometime, I travel around a lot for my work, just hit me up when you're in a region. I'm out in the Taus right now trying to track down some Blood Dragons, but if that fails I have heard a lot of talk about Hessian pirates down in the Omegas so I may swing down that way before long. If you're around, drop me a line. You know how to find me. Try not to get your ship disassembled again in the meantime, alright, Doc?

Oh, it was drama alright, the fiery kind even...but yeah, let's save the story for the bar. Speaking of, I got a new colleague to cover for me in clinic on short notice.
These newbies are panting for any chance to get some practical experience in...and he also may have owed me a favour after a certain screw-up in the lab, but that's irrelevant.
Any way, I'll have the next two days off before the the next assignment leads me to Curacao. You'll find me hanging around Freeport One or close-by, should you wish to drop by before going after the Hessians.

Also, good luck on your current hunt! And should you get roughed up during that, you know where to get the discount for treatment!
