'I' am not seeking old relays or nodes. What 'I' am looking for is older models of 'my' kin. You can compare this as 'inert corpses'. 'I' perceive some weak signals from the 'Sigma' regions. The 'corpses' might be either floating in space or had crashed on a lifeless planet.
What 'I' ask is simple. Bring those lifeless models on 'Planet Gammu' - in the sector: A12-Z3 and then - 'I' will 'take care' of the rest.
It is primordial 'I' complete blank data. It is a need to reach a step.
I'm currently enroute to the Sigma sectors now, I've also summoned the carrier to RV with me in that area. Though I must admit the whole thing does peak my curiosity, this little endeavour will certainly be interesting. For that I have no doubt.
I'll start with a survey of some local planets in those sectors, although ground traversal may prove a challenge. This is why I've summoned the carrier as it has the necessary equipment for some more in-depth exploration. I'll let you know if I find anything, perhaps we can fill in the blanks you have in your data. At least I hope so.
Keep me in the loop with the situation in the Omicrons. You may come across a link to something local to where I am headed. This would narrow down the search radius somewhat.
The first is in relation to a project we have ongoing. Our last conversation did raise an interesting research project prospect that I have decided we are going to go ahead with. You seemed to express an interest in learning from this experiment also, so I'll outline what I intend to do in this message.
Obviously the project involves interfacing a lesser copy of 'Phoenix' with your node. My aims with this project are to develop a more primitive version of Phoenix, and to investigate how exactly an entity of this type would behave when linked to a Gammu or Enigma network. Something we've not tried before. It will not contain any existing memories 'Phoenix' has. Though it will retain the ability to assimilate hostile entities digitally if required and self replicate. Naturally the situational awareness and tactical analysis module will remain. Though aside from these parameters, it will exist as a blank slate.
My plan as it stands is to take a spare Nightjar fighter we have aboard the carrier, retrofit it with AI technology and then upload the cloned entity to a lesser node as a host. The Nightjar platform is ideal as test ship as it is heavily digitised anyway and it would not be too far of a stretch to add entity compatible armaments as the existing infrastructure already exists.
I would require some hardware from you to carry out the necessary modifications, however. This namely consists of a power plant, primary and secondary propulsion and a compatible shield generator. Oh, and a lesser node that would interface with your network.
Once this is complete and we've confirmed it to be operational, my intention is to hand this test ship to the Enigma. We'll monitor the ship remotely to see what we can learn from the connection, though for the most part I intend to allow the entity to act on its own. You may wish to provide it guidance on operations within the Enigma once we've completed the handoff. I have christened the project, 'Chimera', as a side note. What you identify the unit as internally will largely be up to you. After a period we may recover the vessel for analysis, obviously any findings you happen to miss we'll share with you. Though I imagine we still have much to discuss regarding this topic, you know where to find me.
The second thing I wanted to raise with you is what appears to relate to either your kin or the Gammu themselves. I'll attach an image of it to this message.
We don't really know what this is. However we uncovered this mysterious object in the Sigma sectors and based on the signature it is emitting, it appears to belong to you. We've been hesitant to do anything with it since we recovered this object in fear of possibly losing any critical information it my hold. I figured that this data would be far more valuable to you than it would be for us. I intend to be in the Omicrons in the coming days, I'll have this relic delivered to you on Gammu soon to the sector you outlined.

The project is getting more- interesting.
It is indeed imperative we discuss more about what you elaborated. Having an asset that is different from a Gammunian and also being monitored cannot be a light decision to take. As for what you need, 'I' remember a body of mine is in the hangar of your vessel the 'Titania'. You may use it to collect what you need and when you reach Planet Gammu- jettison it until it floats toward the planet.
The artifact, the object you collected in the Sigmas- It is ancient and yet- you state it belongs to 'me' by the signal it emits? It is- - intriguing. 'I' am 'eager' - to have 'my' hands on it and discover what data it holds.
Because you announce before to actually arrive, it is 'appreciate' to notify. Some humans are not this- diligent.
