I would like to say that we are glad to receive this communication from your corporation. We didn't hear about the Magnum Defiance Corporation before, but we are happy to hear about it now. We are always looking for more business partners and suppliers. We are also looking for escorting contracts but not yet, we can discuss that later. We are glad to grant your MDC pilots a docking clearance so feel welcome to visit our installation anytime.
At the moment, we are looking for some shipping contracts because our industrial complex needs some refined metals which can be found around the Sirius sector. I would like to know if you are interested in shipping some Iridium and Niobium to our installation for a good fee. We are currently in need of 6,000 Iridium and 5,000 Niobium. The docking master is willing to pay 180 credits for each unit of Iridium and Niobium shipped to our installation.

Ah it is good to hear back from you assuming you are the administrator, so let's get down to business. Firstly, any partner in business is good, especially those who are eager for business. As business goes, it would seem that you have some possible jobs lined up already. First jobs though as in escorting, we have no current combat ships available, but we will be working on that. In current standings of what we can do however, will be possible shipping in all forms.
With granted docking permissions, we will have those shipments sent to you within a timely manner. Not to mention, the prices you have are more than fair and even generous, so I believe as a first contract we have a deal. Our captains will be debriefed of this contract, and it will be carried out shortly.

I think we are on the same page then, and I am glad that you found our prices acceptable and generous. I instructed our docking master and trading terminal employees to pay 180 s/c for each crate of Niobium and Iridium shipped to our installation. Ah it is good to know your name, Sara. I am sending this transmission once again to let you know that our transports have loaded the Niobium and the Iridium onto the base. However, I was notified of an issue that occurred, and wanted to let you know that the captain's camera system malfunction. They could not acquire proof of delivery, but I assure you that the dock masters received what was ordered. Our technology is slowly improving, soon we will be able to resolve problems like these.
If you have any more jobs for us, we will be able to take them on.
