Sincere greetings to the board members of Bristol Board,
My name is Mark Harris, and I am the Director of the Security Wing at Bretonian Mining and Fabrication.
We are reaching out today to propose a potential business collaboration between our organisations, which could serve us in two principal capacities. We have been informed by several associates that your business is exceedingly lucrative, and we wish to diversify our portfolio of partners.
To address the matter at hand directly, I shall commence with our primary request. We are interested in acquiring two "Bulwark"Bristol-Kress Heavy Explorers. However, we have a few inquiries regarding this vessel. While we possess general information about it, we would prefer to obtain our details directly from the source rather than piecing together fragmented information from various outlets.
-Armor plating levels and soft spots and hard spots
In addition to this inquiry, we wish to pose the most pertinent question regarding this purchase: what would be the outright price for each vessel, and is there any possibility of a discount for the bulk acquisition of these ships? While we are committed to fair business practices, we aim to maximize the value of our expenditures, all the while respecting the integrity and pricing structure of our prospective collaborators.
Furthermore, we find ourselves, due to recent expenditures, in need of a substantial quantity of Avionics Systems. We have heard commendable remarks about your capacity to produce these systems in significant quantities, as well as the exceptional quality you offer. We would like to extend our discussions regarding these products, specifically concerning potential pricing and the logistics of shipping the Avionics to our bases. We would appreciate it if you could provide us with a quotation for each unit, along with information on your available supply and the expected delivery time frame.
We await your answer,
With tremendous respect, yours truly,

Good morning Mr Harris,
Thank you for reaching out to us. My name is Esme Blake, Operations Chief of Bristol Constructions and Manufacturing, and I’ll be handling this communication. Bristol is more than interested to work alongside a facility as well-known as Isle of Skye and I’m happy to share details on our newest success, the Bulwark class Heavy Explorer.
The Bulwark’s range of armaments is largely aimed at dissuading interdiction, with the heavy primary turret on the dorsal aft of the hull while the two Class 6 turrets are placed on wing mounts with aft firing arcs generally around 15° of centerline due to the engine mounting. The three smaller Class 7 turrets are placed two ventral, one dorsal fore of the bridge. 1 x Class 9 Turret (hp_gun_special_9 classification) 2 x Class 6 Turret (hp_turret_special_6 classification) 3 x Class 7 Turret (hp_turret_special_7 classification)
Bulwark maneuverability can be considered satisfactory, considering the exceptional cargo capacity, armor, and armaments carried. Relatively speaking slow to turn, the vessel is aided by the overall streamlined hull as far as maneuvers through asteroid fields and cluttered trade lanes.
Max Turn Rate, 12.18°
Time to Max Turn, 4.31s
Time to turn 180°, 15.41s
Maximum Strafe Speed, 44.64m/s
Distance Strafed in 0.5s, 1.73m
Bulwark armor is comprised of several layers of a Bristol-Kress system, allowing it to withstand sustained fire from Gunboat weapons and even engage, with some sense of success, cruiser class targets. Bristol does not recommend this as a standard course of action, of course, but wherever a company might be needed, Bristol products are certain to get you there.
Standard Armor Rating, 200
Engine Armor Rating, 60.000
Forward Cargo Bay, 40.000
Currently, the single unit price of the Bulwark class Heavy Explorer stands at 15.000.000 cr. Unfortunately, the order size of 2 units does not qualify BMF for any associated bulk order discounts.
I should apologize, but Bristol is, unfortunately, currently unable to consider any special considerations for shipping shipyard components to specific customers due to the exceptional demand for Avionics Systems throughout Sirius. Arcetri Station continues to operate under an open door policy for all customers and is running at full capacity. Our projections indicate that this exceptional demand is unlikely to change in the foreseeable future.
It should be noted that Bristol produces vessels to order and that such an order, with the current shipbuilding trends, may take longer than normal due to the need to source required materials.

Miss Blake, I hope this message find you in a very good spirits
We are most delighted to have received your esteemed correspondence from Bristol, and we extend our gratitude for the promptness with which you have reached out.
Having conveyed the information you provided to my colleagues, we have swiftly and enthusiastically arrived at the conclusion of our keen desire to embark upon the acquisition process. Our principles dictate that we refrain from negotiating the pricing established by our distinguished associates, and we are resolutely committed to respecting their terms of construction, both in terms of scheduling and financial considerations. We stand ready to accommodate whatever timeframe is necessary; however, please do not hesitate to inform us if we may assist with any provisions needed for the development of our assets.
We are pleased to acknowledge that you have grasped our intentions regarding what we might require from your "Bulwarks." While we fully recognize their primary function as transports, we wish to ensure that our assets are sufficiently equipped to support our more distant expeditions into the border worlds of our domain.
We would like to maintain this channel of communication as a means for future discourse relating to this order, and should the need arise, we are prepared to assist with the logistics of delivery. Furthermore, it is our pleasure to extend a most cordial invitation to you and the esteemed members of your board to visit us at our "Isle of Skye." We believe that such an engagement would serve to deepen our relationship and foster ongoing collaboration between our two corporations. Kindly inform us of your willingness to accept this invitation, and we shall take great care to arrange all necessary transportation and accommodations.
We await your answer,
With tremendous respect, yours truly,

Good evening Mr Harris,
I would regret to inform that a number of issues with our local supply workings has limited the availability of Bulwark class vessels for the foreseeable future, as other ship manufacturers endeavor on their own ambitions and are, generally speaking, placed in more central locations than Akutan Production Facility. Necessary shipbuilding components, such as Superstructures and Interiors, are in short supply to our facilities.
Bristol is well-informed, however, that BMF has an extensive collection of networked stations, supply deals, and so on due to its not inconsiderable reputation. As such, I would offer you a deal Mr Harris. Should BMF find itself able to supply such shipbuilding materials to Akutan Production Facility and provide, over this channel, proof of such I would be willing to drop the price per unit to 13.000.000 cr. This of course should be offset by the profits generated by shipping to Akutan.
Bristol specifically requires…
294 Avionics Systems
308 Interior Systems
241 Superstructure Systems
294 Reactor Systems
We hope this arrangement would prove satisfactory for BMF and I await your response.

Good morning Mr Harris,
I'm happy to inform you that your order of 2 Bulwark class Heavy Explorers is ready for transfer to BMF crews, no thanks to the remarkably efficient capabilities of BMF convoys to supply Akutan Production Facility with the necessary materials. I think I can speak for much of the department in saying that these shipments have quickly put us ahead of schedule. A continued partnership, perhaps with a payment per completed vessel made with the help of BMF, may yet be feasible though I think that conversation would best be had after we've concluded our present business.
Please transfer a total of 26.000.000 cr to account Akutan, after which you'll receive transfer codes by secure transmission.
I hope to hear back from you soon.

We sincerely extend our heartfelt apologies for not having been able to provide the shipment manifests for the materials you requested. However, as you are aware and likely have been informed, we have fulfilled our commitments. We were preoccupied with the current circumstances, including challenges posed by the Molly movement targeting some of our workers, but we have now resolved all pressing issues.
Enclosed, please find a selection of cargo scans from our recent delivery to your base. These are provided as a testament to our goodwill, and we are eager to foster collaboration in the future. We envision establishing a network to seamlessly address the supply and demand for technology among all our partners. We hereby extend a formal invitation to visit our Isle of Skye for further discussions about a potential partnership between our corporations. We eagerly await your official response and would be delighted to cover all expenses for the Bristol delegation, ensuring the finest hospitality for the duration of your stay.
Moreover, we are deeply honoured by your outreach. Having concluded our interactions, we have discovered that Bristol exceeds the remarkable reputation it holds, offering us exemplary services in the swiftest manner possible.
