My name is Bob Bobberson the third, esquire, representative of Cryer Pharmaceuticals.
After a recent big agreement with the Kusari Government we are eager to celebrate and we have been recommended your fine luxury liner in the Sigma-19 system.
As such we would like to inquire about booking enough rooms for our delegation, roughly 20 people, as well as a private suite where some potential business can be discussed should the need arise. Ideally we would like to have this celebration on relatively short notice, however we understand if you are fully booked on such short notice. Money is, of course, not an issue.

Looks like the Daughter of the CEO of a Pretty well-known Rheinland Weapons Manufacturer was caught being a Secret Supporter of the Golden Chrysanthemums. It was a Huge Scandal and had led to some Tensions between Kusari and Rheinland, and therefore Rheinland has Forbidden all members of that Family and their Company from traveling abroad till this Matter is solved. The Rooms they have Booked are Pretty Expensive trough. While they would be enough to accommodate you and your Delegation with ease and would come with a Privileged State of the Art Meeting Room where you would be safe against all Possible attempts of espionage. I have to inform you that these Rooms are usually for our Luxury, VIP, and Ultra VIP Guests and therefore the Cheapest Room starts at 150.000 Credits a Night, while the Most Expensive one ends at around 350.000 Credits a Night. The Rooms would be Available for a Total of 1 Week and should you book them all for this Duration the Whole Week then this would cost you around 28.000.000 Million Credits. But if you are not in a hurry then I can offer you some business Class Rooms next Month for the Same Duration that would only Cost 2.5 Million Credits Total per Week. Both Offers are of Course all-inclusive and with Access to all the amenities that Liner Hawaii has to offer. You have my utmost thanks for the speed and thoroughness with which you drafted your reply, please send my warmest regards to miss Cross.
The research facility on Curacao is considered to be one of the most desired assignments within Cryer Pharmaceuticals, to speak frankly there are times I dread the sheer amount of paperwork the transfer requests bring.

Regarding the visit to your Luxury Liner; what a dreadful event to have transpired, to think such an ambitious woman would be swayed by uncooth thoughts and support a criminal organization. Hopefully the tension between Kusari and Rheinland will remain on a small simmer, things have been going so well lately after all.

All that said, we are interested in the quick booking however a full week is rather excessive for a company outing, especially when our delegation still has further business in the other houses. Your offer did provide some eager responses however, the thought of some respit in these trying times is welcome indeed.

If possible we would like to book the rooms for a total of three nights, the 20th, 21st and 22nd. Would this be possible to accommodate?
We will not require any of the business class suites, assuming the previously mentioned ones are available.

I assume at least one of these rooms is appropriately discrete for the purposes of discussing business should the need arise? After all your liner is a popular destination, who knows what other guests we might bump into during our stay.

And who knows, with the new agreement in place with the Kusari Government we might become more frequent visitors.
