Mr. Wynne is currently indisposed. It has been some time since we've had contact, but sporadic communications are normal in our line of work. However, given the economic matter of your message, I felt it fitting that I respond in his stead. If you wish to wait until Commander Wynne returns from his assignment, you have my apologies.

My name is Matthew Burns, and I am the administrator of Connacht Station. It is an interesting turn of fate that you request our surplus mining gear, considering the equipment used to start our operation was sourced from Dresden in the first place, many cycles ago. All our needs change with the times, it seems.

Everything you need will be provided, and your frigates are welcome to come by and collect it, particularly if they bring us arms, armour and munitions in exchange. The war effort is ramping up, and we will need every bullet.
