LSF|Agt.Marcus.Reed, LSF|Agt.Keenan.Robbins, LSF|Agt.Dean.Morrison, LSF|Agt.Oliver.Moss has been sanctioned for:

1.0 - Don't be a dick. It's a game, try to keep it fun for everyone playing it. Behavior that falls within the technical letter of the rules but not the spirit won't be tolerated.
1.1.2 - Ganking

Consequences:

Refusing to RP with a ship you've stopped and immediately attacking it in a 4v1 after they complied with your demands is not acceptable. Each of you is being warned not to continue this type of behaviour. Additionally, each player is being fined 5 million credits. In the case of LSF|Agt.Oliver.Moss, a Battlecruiser has been taken instead.

Good evening, LSF|Agt.Dean.Morrison here. Our squad provided enough time for the Lane Hacker ship to react and get ready for battle, we didn't intend to hunt that Hacker frigate specifically, nor bully the player piloting it, they were just in the wrong place at the wrong time, and our time was running out because we had Xenos and another Hacker to fight, so we had to rush things up. Moreover, the LSF is not a police or a corporate faction to conduct negotiations with the criminals.

As for the "gank", you cannot gank a ship that has turret zoom. Especially the one that carries a Battlecruiser Hailfire Main Battery against average snubbers like @_WOLF_, @NBK, and @Kepler. We object to the admin's decision and believe no server rules were broken during the encounter.

The sanctionwarning you made also went unequally somehow. LABC + guns costs more than 5 mil (around +50k), additionally I don`t understand why I got different penalty than others, you could take money from my other charachters, obviously. An as a cherry on top I can not even enter LSF-Whitehawk charachter - It is kicking me for "possible cheating".

Looking forward to your response or, well, at least fixing LSF-Whitehawk charachter.

An as a cherry on top I can not even enter LSF-Whitehawk charachter - It is kicking me for "possible cheating".

I've fixed up your ship so you should be able to log in now. If it's still acting up, send me a PM.


As for the sanction, the current ruling will remain in effect. Being in a hurry and a ship having turret zoom is not an excuse for ganking players.
