I wish to inform you that the period of leaderlessness and chaos among the Liberty Rogues in Liberty is slowly, yet surely drawing to a close - at least as far as our newest northern corridor is concerned. Their new, ambitious warlord is called Blythe Blackwell, and for the time being, he seems to be following in the late warlord Hemlocke’s footsteps. He has staked his claim on the Galileo system, which poses no fundamental obstacle to our interests or us. If anyone has cause for alarm, it would be the more ambitious Lane Hackers at Leiden.
Given our past - and unnecessary - conflicts with the Liberty Rogues and his fiery attitude, I suggest we adhere to the following points for the time being:
Do not question his claim to Galileo.
Refrain from insulting him or acting condescendingly.
Address him directly with any issues we have.
Provided everything proceeds as intended, our freighters traveling through the northern corridor will remain protected, and our trade will have the opportunity to recover without further disturbances - restoring it to pre-831 AS levels.

Hm. I always loathed dealing with the Rogues, but at least there will be more subjects to deliver Cardamine for us. I don't intend on dealing with them too closely. Unless it pertains to us especially, we will supply them with Cardamine and "let them do their own thing" for the time being. I'd rather spend more time dealing with some of our more amiable subjects.
Blythe Blackwell? Certainly an unambitious name for what you described. Nevertheless, I'll keep his name in mind. They can play act in Galileo if they want, we won't interfere. But if their game starts affecting our Trade, as did their predecessors, I cannot promise that there won't be swift retribution.
