To our dear partners in ALG, hello! My name is Elize Terblanche, representing Caledonia Distributions Limited, and we're reaching out to you to gauge your interest in and ability to commit to a construction project which is moderate in scale but quite in-depth in terms of requirements. In essence, we wish to build a new shipping platform in the Honshu system with a specifically highly modular design so as to accommodate further expansion. As you may know, Caledonia operates on a somewhat lean budget -- not too dissimilar from the rest of Gateway in this regard. Rest assured that we'll take care of all the legal proceedings and paperwork.
Specific requirements are thus:
Minimum storage space of one-hundred-ninety-thousand SSUs' worth of cargo.
Storage areas segregated into at least four separate modular warehouses.
One warehouse able to be completely detached from installation superstructure and towed away by no more than two Hercules-class Heavy Lifters. Detachment must be possible within ten minutes or less.
This special warehouse must be heavily armored both internally and externally, equipped with redundant monitoring, security, and fire suppression systems, and have independent life support systems as a backup.
This special warehouse's security and reliability constraints may be further tightened in the future, pending consultation with relevant experts possibly including your own Division IV.
A bespoke hydroponics garden, to be designed in collaboration with another external contractor. This amenity is low-priority compared to the other items on this list, but it will be a necessity sooner or later.
Comfortable and pleasant docking bays, lobby areas, bar, cafeteria, crew quarters, and temporary lodgings for up to 60 visiting guests at a time.
Secure, comfortable, and pleasant executive meeting room.
Internal architectural flourishes done in a trans-Sirian style, with subtle but authentic Bretonian and Kusari finishes.
If the general outline of this project seems within the scope of ALG's current business plans, we can provide further details as needed and as the legal paperwork is ironed out with the Kusari authorities, before then moving on to a full contract -- with payment rendered up-front as soon as possible. We intend to move as swiftly as the law and good sense here permit in every single aspect.
The intended purpose of this installation is to serve as a redistribution centre for goods making their way between Kusari, Rheinland, the Sigmas, and the upper Omicrons, specifically operated in partnership with our new associates at Kishiro's own Ionic Incorporated. Having crunched the numbers together, we're highly confident that this project, if successful, will see their production throughput increase dramatically while also greatly stimulating demand for your own products, especially high-temperature alloys -- an arrangement which not only unites disparate business interests, but will see massive profit for us all.
From all of us at Caledonia, Ms Horner, thank you for your consideration, and for being a steadfast friend in an otherwise harsh galaxy. We hope to see this project move forward and do good for the people of the region! Have a wonderful day!

Ms Terblanche,
Good to hear from our friends at Gateway Caledonia. This project should fall within our capabilities and could be an interesting opportunity for us to strengthen our exports in a region in which we don't have too many ties.
We can go over some groundwork about this. As you mentioned yourself, the legal requirements. I'm not too sure of the current climate in Kusari towards such foreign establishments, but certainly they are not as they were in years past. Hopefully, this will not prove too much of a hurdle.
Next, materials. I expect you will handle the shipping yourselves for the most part, though there may be some components and materials you wouldn't have easy access to. I have drafted some reasonably accurate material estimates with the requirements you have, and we can figure out a shipping timetable and temporary storage solutions.
Labor and their accommodation. We will bring in whatever specialists we require and otherwise employ local workforce as needed; we will need to examine the availability and pricing of accommodation on Honshu, otherwise deployment of a passenger ship might be the best solution.
Now for your requirements. A three-bay platform, with the typical infrastructure and amenities for a station of this type and size, that is fairly straightforward. The finer details such as design aesthetics can be worked out as the project progresses, the structural work for the general layout will need to be finished first anyway. A garden is a nice touch, we'll be sure to accommodate for that in the plans, though you may want a more specialized company to do that work.
Now of course, I must address the most interesting requirement here. The "hazmat" unit, or whatever you want to call it. Needless to say this falls very much in our area of expertise, but we will need some specifics in regards to what kind of material requirements we are dealing with here. Though we can draft up a general outline that will match your security and modularity requirements before we get into those details.
I have attached a document outlining the basic architectural plans and associated material requirements. We should be ready to move to the initial construction phase pending government approval.
Ms Hornik, so glad to hear back from you so quickly. Our parent company's own engineers over at Lewes have reviewed your plan and given it their own stamp of approval, and as upper management has greenlit this project for fast-tracking, I'm happy to say that all that remains is adequate planning for the special warehouse and final governmental approval.
While we anticipate that establishing the necessary contacts and building the prerequisite reputation as an extremely reliable and fully well-intentioned economic actor within Kusari will take quite some time, the eventual intent for the hazmat unit is to store active alien artifacts and anomalous materials sourced from -- well frankly, we don't really know where they come from, but we do know that they're in extraordinarily high demand by our partners in Ionic.
In what will quite likely be the long period prior to acquiring such approval, we intend to use this special warehouse to store extremely sensitive goods such as fuel, weaponry and ammunition, gold, and waste products awaiting export. The idea is that it should be maximally resilient against internal explosions and in the instance of any internal incidents should be able to be quickly quarantined so that appropriately trained personnel can fully prepare before deployment to contain the issue.
Our number one priority is the safety and well-being of all our staff, including emergency response teams, while minimizing the risk of any occurrences within the special warehouse module spilling over to the rest of the installation -- hence the requirement that the entire module, in case of an extreme containment failure, be able to be detached, towed away, and fully isolated so that longer-term mitigation can be safely implemented.
Naturally, fully rating the unit for its final intended purpose will almost certainly require close collaboration with Ionic's experts, but we're hoping that it won't be too cumbersome to design and construct the unit in such a way that additional safety features can be added as the relevant licensure is acquired.
I hope that this better clarifies our needs and gives your team a solid base to work with. As soon as you're ready, we can talk prepayment for this endeavour, send over a contract, and file the final paperwork with Kusari's authorities.
From all of us at Caledonia, Ms Horner, thank you for your time and have an excellent day!
