Good afternoon Captain.
I'd like to personally assure you that I did bring the matter to the Chief Inspector, though I fear it may have gotten lost in the mountain of paperwork she's no doubt been dealing with post PEEL review. I'll head to her office personally after lunch to make sure she has seen the latest COCS. I will CC her on my response to you as well. I want to assure you that the CDI takes our work very seriously. Pardon my curt correspondence, I am trying to type this out and head out before the lunch crowd hits the sandwich place today.
