we zank you for your interest in ze Spandau Prison. Ze facility was built by Daumann Heavy Construction as ze winner of a public tender on behalf of the Rheinland Polizei. Ze construction was somewhat delayed due to unexpected circumstances, but it was done a few days ago.

Wiz ze takeover of ze station, we have trained an emergency protocol for ze unexpected event of a prison break. Please be assured, zat zis is really no reaction to Weiss Shipping's unwillingness for my request. Razer, zis in-service training of our staff was necessary, so zat we can continue to ensure ze security and integrity in New-Berlin. I already ordered ze training has to be finalised.
