Subject: Connacht Depot

My old friend.

It is time to consider Connacht's future in our movement. While the refinery has been a significant source of income, there is yet more room for expansion. And now that we have made headway in establishing a supply bridge to our allies through the unstable jump hole, we can commit to growing it from a mere depot into a proper station.

Looking at our strategic concerns, we are expecting an invasion by the Bretonian Armed Forces soon, and the blockade has severely hampered the operation of Foyle Shipyard. If we construct an auxiliary drydock on Connacht, we can staff it with our less experienced repair crews to sift through battle salvage and make more ship parts available for Foyle's use. It will also be able to service mining vessels, blockade runners and in time, even frontline fighters to relieve the overworked crews on Foyle.

I only need your approval to proceed with drafting a plan to present to the rest of the Assembly.

Godspeed,
Matthew Jamie Burns

Matthew.

While managing things at home, i have done my best to keep up on the engagement with our allies and other outsiders, and i must express my thanks to you. You've done much for the movement in my stead.

While i must admit to being personally unsure as to wether we have the capability to see this plan through, i trust your judgment and rapport with our allies. You have my full support to pursue this matter as you see fit, and in the meantime i'll see to getting an up to date list of our drydock and repair crews in order to put together a roster with a couple of veterans to act as chiefs and trainers.

You and the rest of the crew at Connacht have my faith.

Jac Yarwood
