Although it has not been long since the last met with your counterparts, I believe it is time for us to finish off our remaining work as Corsair activity seems minimal in recent months since annexation of the Nine. Although engineering team in conjunction with yours and Rheinland Military, have only just begun to restore all systems aboard the Vega and it may take a considerable amount of time, it is best to prepare everything necessary to complete the project in advance, as there is plenty of work to be done, and given the modest capacity to receive ships on Livadia, it is best to hurry up to make sure of steady works of vessel repairs.

I'm talking about the project code-named “Rheinland themed resort”. Mr. Rupert indeed have sense of humor, but anyway - our Trading and Mining dept. is hard at work preparing for the start of the project and stocking up on everything we need for non-stop work on the restoration of the ship - it's time to take care of the armor.

As previously agreed, a significant amount of ore is already in advance awaiting shipment of the first deliveries. In addition to processing the iridium and recreating the armor parts and related structures, we will need your help in transporting the processed iridium from Athens Station and shipping the finished product back to meet the nomenclature of the approved design.

I realize that the risks along the way are high, and the manufacturing of the parts is a very energy and time intensive process. But I trust we'll have no problem with that. I am offering you an additional bonus of 1,000,000 SC for each shipment upon submission of a shipping manifest at each of the respective stations. I believe this will more than cover your costs.

If you have any questions or concerns, please I am all ears. Oh, and of course, we will provide as much assistance as we can in escorting transports if necessary. Per our estimate, we will require to reprocess about 100.000 units of the Iridium.

As you said, the timing seems perfect, and pilots will be dispatched on this task.

Our Transportabteilung will prepare the briefings for the kapitans, and will begin the delivery of the new armor plating, strengthen with iridium per your formula as its construction will be completed.

We will provide 100,000 units of armor plating for now per your estimate - various hull parts with its serial numbers plus enough of plates for your to storage, so you will have enough for first time to repair it on your own. If you need more, we will make arrangements for it. I will get back to you once the delivery is complete.

As for the additional bonus, it is much appreciated. As you said, it will help to cover the financial cost of this mission.

That's excellent news! Our transport ships have already dispatched out with the first iridium shipments to the Oder Shipyard. Athens Station is literally full to its capacity at the moment and awaiting the arrival of your ships with impatience.

You can use this transmission to publish your manifests so your captains won't miss out on the bonus part.

Allow me to introduce myself: I am Jonathan Cayran of Phoenix, assigned by Mr. Burton to oversee several key initiatives—including the “Rheinland-themed resort” project.

Our science division has finalized both the formula and production method for the resort’s reinforced hull plating. The ablative layer will proceed as planned, relying heavily on iridium.

Ablative Armor

Given the extreme energy phenomena common to the Omicrons, however, the structural layer will employ a new molybdenum-based alloy.

To streamline procurement, we have already coordinated with GMS; assuming all goes smoothly, 50,000 units of molybdenum will be available at their Zurich facilities for your collection.

I sincerely apologize for my recent absence. I need to inform you about some developments within our community - due to recent events - Mr. Cayran, a close friend of mine, has assumed leadership. But don’t be confused by this change - you can trust him if you need anything from us, or feel free to contact me directly. At present, I’ve had to dedicate myself fully to strengthening the Lyra Defense Wing - a primary key of our security triad, where Vega plays a significant role in pair with the Hyperion.

Since our one-on-one meeting, the situation has worsened: the Corsairs remembered their old ways - smelling easy profit after the events at Freeport 9 - and continue to threaten our operations. As someone highly familiar with all Vega systems, I took personal control of this project to motivate our engineers further and ensure timely completion. This decision has already paid off; we’re now several weeks ahead of schedule, and with the first armor deliveries completed, we will immediately begin installation. Although the Corsairs will try their best to disrupt our trade operations, our analysts have assessed the risks and - together with Core - we achieved a decisive victory in the Omicron Delta. As a result, we now have fewer concerns regarding the operation of the Mining subdivision.

I also have a suggestion regarding stabilizing our mining operations: after many years of Athens Station’s existence, we are finally prepared to invest additional funds into its development - resources freed up since Kadesh Orbital City was completed and delivered. Due to the current heightened geopolitical tensions, we want to further secure Athens Station and ask you to produce additional armor panels for it as well. No new drawings are needed -it’s a standard Abbey/Clinton-type station that charges accordingly. I assume you still have leftover materials for this purpose. All manufacturing and shipping costs will be covered by us. If you happen to have any spare freight vessels available, we would be glad to utilize them in this mission.

I understand the necessity for you to delegate the communication to Mr. Cayran. The molybdenum deliveries are yet to be completed, but I trust you will have it all done by the end of the week.

The Corsair situation was already a concern during our meeting in Stuttgart, and their actions against you - or any partners in this sector of Sirius - are a real issue. An issue that has faced a considerable setback, as I understand, with your victory. I would still advise caution in that matter, and hope that you will not let your guard down: they might be an annoyance, but they are fierce, and numerous. There lies their real strength.

Regarding the deliveries of ablative armor plating for the Vega, our Transportabteilung has completed the remaining deliveries. If you need any more help in that regard, it will still be a pleasure to give you a hand!

Regarding your plans for Athens Station, it would be our pleasure to supply additionnal armor panels to upgrade your defensive capabilities. Would an additional 50.000 units be enough for it?

Your calculations are correct, which would go far enough to upgrade the station. Once again, Phoenix is deeply grateful for the level of cooperation between us and especially appreciates the growing cooperation and trust between Rheinland in general and Daumann Heavy Construction in particular.

All finished products can be shipped directly to Athens Station. Although I would like to warn you that we have already started the process of rebuilding the station frame, and we will not be able to determine in advance the necessary space for their storage - since shipping to such a remote region can be chaotic, but I think you understand me very well. Fortunately, we have plenty of available space on Freeport 11 to store them - if Athens gets busy, you can load everything onto eleven.

As for the supplies for Vega - I am well aware of them because I am currently in Livadia, overseeing process of the reconstruction. The first test flight is soon, and all systems should be functioning normally - its been a true long way. As I promised earlier, please provide me with your details so I can replenish the promised bonus part for all your deliveries.
