We would like to offer this vessel, equipped with the latest developments in weapons and shielding technology, to the Kusari Naval Forces for further field testing.

We would humbly request that you offer this vessel to your most experienced pilots, as to ensure we get the best feedback possible addressing any teething troubles in Onryo itself as well as field data to direct our future developments.

Ultimately, it was decided that the Totsugekitai Division will receive the privilege to stress test your project.
Our role as more autonomous spearhead units brings along scenarios where unconventional means are required to subdue unconventional foes and judging by the looks of Project Onryo's intended purpose, a Chimera-class modified in this fashion may serve us well.
