Following a recent controversial vote by the Civilian Council, the people of Gallia have determined that Gallia will, in an attempt to pay recompense for the grave injustices done to your people by the traitor King Charles and the delusional officers that followed him, hand over any and all officers that were a part of the Royal Enclave for war crimes trials to be held at a location to be determined by your own government.
In addition I have, as the commander of the Gallic Navy, decided to order our fleet to glass one planet of your choice. This can be any planet that you choose including planets outside of Gallia, with the only stipulation being that the existing population be given time to evacuate until the remaining amount is equal to all lives lost by Bretonia during the New London Blitz and the destruction of Leeds.
It is with my hope that by carrying out these actions, that the peoples of our two great nations can begin to come together, healing the recent scars that have been inflicted upon us, and return to the great relationship we shared before our ancestors fled Sol for our new home.
