what are the rules for taking over a pob?
If i am able to, how do i do such?
pob seems empty. i may be wrong just want to check out rules for pob

if you dont have master password, you cant take i think.

Like kritikosk8 said, you need the master password to have control of it. try to find the owner and send him/her a message about it. admins can't do anything without the owner aproval
