Guides on the forums are cool. But an in-depth look at a situation in the context of RP interaction between players with detailed explanations of things is even better.
Constant contact at Discord level and communication on how to act in this or that situation, in my opinion, will give three times more impact than forcing a person to learn everything himself and learn something through “practice”, which will only discourage the desire to play RP. For a newbie for sure.
In my faction, I've already made an RP chat where I review this or that situation within the RP Order to better understand what the faction is all about. Of course, I encourage discussion from other people out there who are in the Order more than I am and can add their cents. And I have two courses of action:
1. I use this chat for RP discussions about literally every faction, without bothering to create another server.
2. I bother creating another server for RP discussion, but that's.... Probably complicate things? I don't know.
Which is the better option? And are there anyone willing to participate?
Discovery is a server of dreams. And I'm a big dreamer.
There is a third option. K'Hara keeps a set of PDF files to send to people. I'm working on compiling everything as it stands currently together into the one PDF to find them, and in the bullshit bind them.
Start the legacy of the Order PDFs. Use APA style, Discovery is definitely a mental health disorder.
I'll do something about my superiority complex when I cease to be superior.

No, my idea is to help people with RP everywhere, not just in the Order. The Order example is just an example of how it could be done.

I really like your approach—it’s clear you care about making RP accessible and meaningful for newer players, which is something Discovery sorely needs to keep growing.
Your idea of maintaining an RP-focused chat within your existing server sounds like the more streamlined and practical option. It keeps things centralized, avoids fragmenting the community, and lowers the barrier for participation. Too many servers can get overwhelming fast, especially for newcomers trying to get their bearings.
That said, if the discussions start branching into vastly different topics or factions with a lot of traffic, then maybe a dedicated space or some organized channels could help long-term. But starting simple is often the best route.
Also, I’d definitely be interested in joining the discussions and contributing where I can—RP thrives when it's collaborative, and spaces like this could really enrich the whole experience.

Call me cynical, but I feel like a place to publicly discuss specific in-game scenarios is a recipe for drama worse than all the feedback threads combined.
I think having an internal channel for faction members to discuss and improve is the most elegant solution to the problem.
