Fingers singe from the heat of metal furnaces and the rhythmic thunder of smelters as fiery, orange liquid is beaten into shape. The nose is assaulted of the smell of sulfur mixed with sweat. The sound of your feet walking on the metal gangway is inaudible amongst the cacophany. Ahead, your contact gives you that look. A brush of shoulders. A passing of goods. Later that cycle, in the security of your vessel or home, it is safe to insert the drive into a terminal and playback the message within, the voice modulated to obscure identity.

We have taken the time to prepare the ground, build strong foundations, and ready ourselves for the fight. You'll be pleased to know that time has come to an end. The time for action has come. To aid Bethlehem. To liberate Freeport Nine.

Standing instructions are to follow. Once you understand your role for the battle to come, delete this file. Destroy this drive. Limit open communication. Use our runners to exchange information. We must not under-estimate our enemies, and we must offer them no advantage. I have faith in each and every one of you, and soon those that call themselves Zoners shall as well.

Your primary directive is to relieve pressure on Bethlehem Station by:

• Disrupting trade activity through the sector.
  
• Engaging Liberty Authority targets of opportunity through the AO.
  
• Infiltrate Libertonian installations and sabotage response efforts.
  
• Foster working relationships with sympathetic factions in the AO, and encourage active support in these efforts.

Through these efforts, draw the attentions of Libertonian officla and authorities away from Pennsylvania.

Avoid drawing attention towards Bethlehem by taking engagements within it's vacinity. If possible, draw such probing activity the Libertonian's may commit away to other areas of space.
We do not wish to provoke aggressive action towards the station, and we do not want to prompt those on the station to take the ultimate decision.

Your primary directive is to foster the flames of liberation on Freeport Nine by:

• Disrupting Corsair activity through the sector.
  
• Engaging Corsair targets of opportunity through the AO.
  
• Infiltrate Freeport Nine and other Corsair installations. Sabotage their efforts efforts.
  
• Foster working relationships with sympathetic factions in the AO, and encourage active support in these efforts.
  
• Prepare those on Freeport Nine for armed rebellion.

Through these efforts, draw attention to Freeport Nine and the plight of our kin aboard. Prepare the Freeport for it's liberation and support the efforts of other Zoner organisations in it's reclaimation.

Your primary directive is to facilitate success in the other two AO's by:

• Identify and disrupt Corsair trading activity through the sector.
  
• Engaging Corsair targets of opportunity through the AO.
  
• Canvas passing traffic for donations to Zoner Militia's throughout Sirius.
  
• Foster working relationships with sympathetic factions in the AO.

Through these efforts, hit the Corsair's supply chain where it hurts. This may divert attention away from Freeport Nine. Each cargo hold intercepted is arms for our fellows and fewer vessels other Zoner organisations shall have to contend with.
