Player Banned: Chill-Bill

Chill-Bill has been banned for:

1.0 - Don't be a dick. It's a game, try to keep it fun for everyone playing it. Behavior that falls within the technical letter of the rules but not the spirit won't be tolerated.

2.0 - Every ship must have one ID equipped, and play in a way that represents the role of that ID.

2.1 - You must provide sufficient roleplay before attacking another player, and give them enough time to react. This means at least two messages and 10 seconds delay before attacking.

Consequences:

You decided to approach players who were innocently farming for code weapons, who were the same faction as you. You demanded they leave in place of you in OOC chat. When they refused, you decided to open fire on them. Upon further investigation, we've found that you have easily been playing long enough to know better, and even went as far as to delete the ship in question following the incident.

For such reckless disregard of the rules, a 2 week ban is now in effect. We cannot find a forum account however, so if you can come forward to us and explain why this happened and why it was wrong, we'll lift the ban early.
