Hail admirals,

Given our victory against the Corsairs in Omicron Delta, results were not late to show up. Their presence is insignificant, nothing to pose any real threat to our local garrison. But, despite our victory, I advice to not let the momentum slip. Playing for time to refit, recrew and rearm will benefit them in the long run.

Our forward reconnaissance wings report that the space in between Omicron Delta and Gamma is lightly patrolled, due to the casualties the Corsairs sustained lately. One thing leads to another, and we must not let this strategical advantage slip through. I'm proposing a pre-emptive strike against the Corsair home world of Omicron Gamma. A swift show of force should make then understand that any attempt to cross us is doomed to fail. By this course of action, we aim to neutralize the Corsair threat in the foreseeable future, so we can focus on the threats looming on our northern borders. Task Force Twilight will continue with it's reconnaissance patrols while we await further orders.

I see your point, don't lose our advantage while we have one.

However I do not have a final say on any major decision. I shall inform the other admirals and see what our best course of action is. I shall let you know of our final decision. We either stay back and let the enemy fester, or kick them while they are down and cause even more damage. If we decided on the latter, then we will rally the fleets appropriately. So, stand by on the ready for whatever may come.

Rally your men, the time has come.

This choice wasn't easy, but the final verdict has been drawn. The invasion of Gamma begins, rally your ships. Tell them they will have docking rights on both Livadia in Kappa for capital vessels, and Corfu for any fighter pilots. They best behave though; I don't want any messy interactions on that station, for all must remain calm and professional at all times. These are the words of Phoenix, we must agree to their terms to use these stations, so do so wisely.

In any case, I'll rally our forces and prepare within the next twenty-four hours, we have plenty to prepare for before that.
