Arthur Brandon Wellerman III was born the only child of Robert Richard and Stephanie Jasmine Wellerman on the 9th of July, 790 A.S. The Wellerman family name is a derivative of the massive Weller trade, investment, and business family. Wellerman is used for branch families not included along the main family's inheritance or business, branding them as lesser, and generally leaving them outside the main family's support network. Being made to understand this from a young age, Arthur took the lack of Weller family support as more of a guarantee of little-to-no Weller family interference in his life. His education through high-school carried the weight of a free man with an undecided future.
Military Service
Arthur began his enlistment in the Armed Forces at the age of 19, not long after tensions from the Colony War had begun to die down. In his own words, his gambit was "to get in, serve for a while, get payed, move on to better things." He passed several standardized tests with flying colors, and when he was first sent out to patrol Omega-3, successfully guided his patrol from a Red Hessian ambush, save two who were lost upon first contact, and secured reinforcements. Several other distinguishments would see him eventually elevated to the position of Captain of the HMS-Mary Ellen Carter. In early 814, war breaks out between Bretonia and Kusari, marking the beginning of what would end up being a never-ending deployment for Arthur.
Serving as a part of the Battleship Derby's battlegroup for the defense of Leeds against Kusari, Arthur and the Mary Ellen Carter would see little but Leeds and the Taus for the remainder of his service. During the Battle of New London, the Mary Ellen Carter received critical damage in the effort to redirect a Valor Battleship Warwolf round away from an allied Battleship. This action, while hailed as a selfless act of sacrifice from both Arthur and the crew, led to the honorable discharge of the surviving crew of the Mary Ellen Carter.
Post-Military
Directly following the end of the Gallic War, Arthur was mandated for psychotherapy for post-traumatic stress disorder. While he completed a full year of therapy, he was often noted as being resistant to treatment methods. Following this brief rest period, Arthur took up captaining a BowEx transport by the name of The Milkmaid. Several successful deliveries and crisis managements were noted, including one where the entire crew was taken hostage by a Ranseur in the Cortez system. Through quick wit, and a firm adherence to honor and gentlemen's agreements, Arthur successfully secured the release of the full crew. His only statement on the matter was "I did not lose another crew."
With The Milkmaid's destruction, Arthur chose to move on to a solitary life as a researcher for Planetform. Upon separation, BowEx security teams gifted him with a set of MELES turrets for mounting on a freighter. With critically important weaponry, and being a former Armed Forces captain, Arthur was selected to be offered a chance at the █████████ ██████████████ Project. The Intelligence Service and Armed Forces monitored him closely, after which a deal was struck with Planetform to contract him as an independent researcher. As crew on his research freighter, Arthur agreed as per the outline of the project to take in and act as warden for multiple of Bretonias least-risk criminals with life-imprisonment sentences.
After being granted an honorary degree from the University of Cambridge, the penitentiary ship was named The Wellerman in honor of it's new captain, and sent into Planetform's employ. No mutinies have been attempted, one escapee has been recorded. █████████ ██████████████ Project records an 80% success rate.

Very little is known about the early life of the twin Countesses d'Auvergne, as they have been uncooperative with all interrogation methods. No Sirian charts list Auvergne as a location within Gallic space, however, they claim to be raised as Countesses hailing from and representing Auvergne.
Two nicknames showed recognition when spoken to other captured Royal Navy pilots: "Renardes Jumelles" and "Les Sirènes". These nicknames tend to cause paranoia and even panic in some pilots. All questioned refused to comment on them, or the nicknames.
Military Service and Capture
During the late stages of the Gallic War, the twins captained two cruisers, RNS-Souffrance and RNS-Douleur, and wrought havoc in Leeds, Edinburgh, and New London. Their coordinated strategy was often used to ambush targeted patrols or vessels, allowing for rapid escape before reinforcements could arrive. They were known for leaving very few survivors.
At some point shortly before the Battle of New London, the HMS-Mary.E.Carter was one of their targets. After a long and complex battle of strategies, the Mary Ellen Carter came out victorious, and the two Countesses, along with most of their crew, were taken into custody with confirmed slaughtering of surrendered forces and suspected complacence or knowledge of the glassing of Leeds.
Imprisonment
After the end of the Gallic War, both Countesses were heavily interrogated, but little additional information could be gained. Both were sentenced to death, but members from the Intelligence Service insisted that they held information that could be useful, and were instead imprisoned for life. The █████████ ██████████████ Project was initiated with these two in mind as an advanced interrogation technique to gain further intelligence on Royalist and former Royal Navy forces.
Small amounts of additional information have been gained, such as their choice to involve themselves in the Royal Navy being largely at the hands of the death of their parents, leaving the two with nowhere to go. Intelligence Service reports indicate a strong attachment to Captain Wellerman, going so far as attempted seductions and offers of Gallic nobility.

Biography
Early Life
Little is known about Taminba Mufefwe. He is recorded as being either a prince or a king to a warrior group among the Sirius Coalition known as "the Bandim". His youth was spent as a boarding marine, as apparently is customary for all young men in their culture. As a son of the former king and being in competition for the throne, Taminba was often on the very forefront of fight, as it was necessary for him to prove his strength above his brothers constantly. His successes won him the line to the throne, and further integration into the Coalition Military structure.
Capture
During a brief counteroffensive after the Coalition attack on the Battleship Sterling, the Battlecruiser Yaoundé, of which Taminba was captain of, was baited into an overextension by a unique concave maneuver orchestrated by Arthur Wellerman aboard the HMS-Diamond. Despite being thoroughly cut off, the Yaoundé attempted to fight through nonetheless, refusing to surrender in any case. The HMS-Diamond and the HMS-Eliza.Lee took it upon themselves to destroy every single weapon on the Yaoundé and deploy boarding marines, resulting in a bloody fight aboard, but also the eventual capture of the commanding officers through the use of stun rounds and tranquilizers.
Post-Military
After confirmations of what battles the Yaoundé was present at, Taminba Mufefwe was sentenced to death for the use of child soldiers and the slaughter of surrendered forces and civilians. At that time, █████████ ██████████████ Project was already underway, and the Intelligence Service petitioned for Taminba's life imprisonment, citing the ability to gain valuable insight on Coalition society and military structure.

Matthew O'Shea's youth was spent in an impoverished community on the surface of Planet New London. He had a bad history with the Police Authority before he was even in high school, being part of looting raids targeting small businesses and Synth Foods chain stores as early as age 11. Through what can only be described as a miracle of parental hard work and well-wishes, Matthew attended the same high school as Arthur Wellerman, graduating with above-average marks.
It is noted that Matthew, despite being regarded as highly capable and intelligent by teachers, was antagonistic and disruptive towards classes, other students, and the school. One such recorded incident describes a scene where he confronted a young Arthur with accusations of "being born into wealth and never working for anything", followed by a physical altercation in which Arthur came out on top.
Terrorism and Molly Propaganda
During the closing of the Gallic War, Matthew O'Shea became invested in the Molly movement, spreading "anti-tyranny" propaganda from within his position in the Cambridge University. The specifics on how this came to pass are still being investigated, and are a part of the main reason why he has been included in the █████████ ██████████████ Project.
After the award ceremony for Arthur Wellerman for his service, Matthew O'Shea launched a supposedly independent attack with a bomb vest. Several public messages regarding the state of Bretonian politics, especially control by the business elite, were found when investigation into the incident started. In a stroke of blind luck, a selection of medical units nearby had stasis tubes on hand, and were able to stabilize the remains of Matthew O'Shea.
Imprisonment
After the suicide attack, Matthew was in stasis for an extended period of time while the Intelligence Service sourced and prepared a vast array of prosthetics. He showed an extreme amount of disdain for the situation upon regaining consciousness, describing it in the words: "the crown can even rob me of death". Interrogation proved entirely useless, as expected. He was successfully transferred to the █████████ ██████████████ Project, and while no additional information has been gained thus far, he has shown very little hostile behavior towards Arthur after the first month of direct contact.
