"But this isn't about experimentation, this is about high volume exploiting and distribution conducted by organizations that use these powerful items for mere profit whos lethal consequences land on the innocent masses of Humanity. Corsairs, Hogosha and the Core... I hope all of you don't have issues with shooting them but considering how volatile Sirius has been lately, I think curbing the access our opponents have to these would be all in the best interests for Humanity's long term future. Therefore the Platform will be running raiding and containment actions against vessels carrying xeno-artifacts and relics and consider this within line of the [SINCLAIR PROTOCOL] agreements. We strongly encourage the fellow participants of the protocol to also engage in such action too, or at least intelligence sharing to curb this lucrative and dangerous trade.

Section 8 is aware of a recent uptick in the acquisition and distribution of artifacts - both inactive and otherwise - throughout the colonies, likely owed to recent developments in the far Omicrons. Section 8 assets have been deployed to the Omicrons to join in patrol and interdiction operations.

- Will actions extend beyond direct artifact transport vessels to those tangentially involved (i.e., escort parties or logistical supporters)?
- Is there an intent to share collected intel regarding artifact movement, intermediaries, and distribution nodes?

We are open to establishing an information-sharing arrangement — encrypted, low-frequency exchanges — to better coordinate field efforts without overstepping jurisdiction. Our primary concern remains containment of alien technology misuse and any risks that bleed into Nomadic or hybrid threats.
