2. What exactly are you requesting?:

Requesting an ID for the A/)-ACV-Halcyon that matches the existing Technocracy Official ID with the exception that Cruisers be permitted. 100% Tech Cell on Insurgent and Technocracy tech.

The Technocracy of Auxo is a secretive transhumanist society dedicated to the advancement of science, the responsible custodianship of knowledge, and the preservation of sentient life. They favor isolationism as a tactic to safeguard themselves and further their internal academic freedom, relying upon a discreet network of agents and collaborators to observe and interact with the outside world.


The Technocracy's ideals put them at odds with entities such as The Core and Order, whose greed and wrath against non-humans like the Gammu are seen as counter-productive to the advancement of all species and societies. In spite of the Technocrats' isolation and distrustful outlook towards outsiders, they are known to welcome those from all walks of life should they display true dedication to the cause, presenting themselves as a new form of unity above and outside internecine human struggles.


This Independent Intelligence official faction ID is used by technocrats of the Technocracy of Auxo, who:

- Can attack Core and Intelligence ships.

- Can demand Alien materials and Cardamine.

- Cannot use Battlecruisers, Battleships, or ships with more than 4,300 cargo space.


Within Zone of Influence (Bretonia and bordering systems, Liberty, Inverness, Kansas, Ontario, Vespucci, Omegas, Omicrons):

- Can attack ships considered hostile by the Technocracy of Auxo.

- Can enforce laws within Inverness, Omega-48, Omicron Pi, Ontario, Kansas, and Vespucci.

Mining Bonuses: Azurite Gas (4x), Xeno Relics (4x)

Reputation to the Technocracy set to 1.0

I am also requesting that the ship's engine effects be changed to match the effects present on A/)-ACV-Cepheus and A/)-ACV-Ixion (Aux cruiser engines)

4. Why is this request necessary for the continuation of this character's roleplay?:

Leviathan has been actively working to expand his retinue of familiar technology, and the Halcyon is the latest addition to his collection. The ship is intended to serve as a mobile command station, and falls in-line with his long-standing history as a Legion veteran. This request furthers that goal and allows the character to shift focus to the next project in line.

The Halcyon is the natural stage of evolution in the character's development and re-establishment of his footprint within and beyond the Technocracy. It's another step in bolstering Leviathan's personal retinue, and will serve as a platform in which he can coordinate network building with contacts in other groups relevant to his ideas for the future of his people.

5. What short-term and long-term goals are you planning to achieve on this character?:

The short-term:

- The Halcyon being brought up to operational status and utilized as a mobile operations center for Leviathan's activities and off-the-books operations.
- Studying, documenting and further modifying the old cruiser's capabilities as it sees active duty testing.
- Further developing the Halcyon's internal identity, as Leviathan aims to turn part of the vessel into a mobile workshop for his own needs.

The long-term:

- The Halcyon is slated to be part of an upcoming project, and serves as an initial proof of concept that'll unfold over the months of its operation. Like other assets that Leviathan had acquired (Achlys) the Halcyon will be pushed beyond its limitations and continuously adapted to the high standards of the Technocracy.
