Reproduction Steps:

• Step 1 Dock Malta
  
• Step 2 Drawcash from that cashier with the short miniskirt
  
• Step 3 Get kicked back out of game

@Dejavu tried reproducing this with no luck. You probably need to try again and provide a character name for us to investigate this further.
