Attention to all Merchants, Corporations and other cargo hauling entities traversing Kusari.

Following a verdict by both Chambers of the Imperial Diet on the matter of border tensions with the Republic of Liberty, a previously invoked embargo regulation is hereby reintroduced until officially withdrawn through the same communication channel as this message.

The Empire of Kusari perceives direct threats issued by the Republic of Liberty, both militarily and economically, aimed at undermining the importance of the legal process but also stability of the sector. The Empire of Kusari does not desire the actions it has to take and expects retaliatory measures issued by the Republic of Liberty. On the day the Republic of Liberty desires to attempt to solve our differences not by barely concealed military threats but through diplomatic discourse, this verdict will be revoked.

In detail, the following measures are implemented effective immediately:

• The export of high-tech goods, namely Optronics and Quantum Multiplexors, is hereby regulated. Unauthorized carriers and those attempting to circumvent this embargo notice are subject to cargo interdiction within Kusari's borders and the systems of Galileo and Kepler.
  
  
• The following corporate entities are classified as unauthorized carriers in spirit of this embargo:
  • Deep Space Engineering
    
  • Ageira Technologies
    
  • Cryer Pharmaceuticals
    
  • Universal Shipping
    
  • Interspace Commerce
    
  
  
• Further all vessels not belonging to Kishiro Technologies or Samura Heavy Industries found within the Shikoku system carrying the aforementioned goods are also classified as unauthorized carriers.
