Civil Servant,

I do not believe we have met. As the signature would suggest I am Venator Vengeance of the Technocracy.

Typically I stick to the matters concerning our home, especially with all of the recent fodder trying to break down the door. It appears for the moment at least, the ruckus has quietened down. As a result, with Leviathan otherwise engaged with multiple different tasks I have been asked to reach out to you in the hope of arranging a meeting, or a few, depending on what is required, to achieve a satisfactory arrangement.

The objective of the discussion is to seek out possible networking opportunities. I believe it would be mutually beneficial if both Platform and the Technocracy expanded existing connections to the scope of the current environmental requirements. The specifics we can discuss should you choose to meet with me. Though based on what I have been reading, discussions regarding such matters are long overdue.

The Sigma sectors I can manage. I will refrain from being too specific in this message to you in the interests of security, although I will be in the region later today.
