3.0 - General rules:

When a Siege Declaration is posted, players must wait 24 hours before the Declaration is considered live and the base is able to be attacked.

Consequences:

We were notified that you attacked a PoB without posting a siege declaration, and that this caused damage to the base that required repairing. You had then posted a siege declaration intending to attack the PoB again shortly after, when the PoB was had less hitpoints than it would've been.

We have added back the hitpoints you took from the first illegal attack, to correct the error and make things fair.

Please ensure that any future attacks on PoBs follow the rules so that there are no further incidents in the future.

I would like to add a few words, if I may. As a returning player, I did not understand exactly how the PoB mechanics work, so immediately after realizing my mistake which was several days ago, the first thing I did, then and there, was to reach out to the base owners with an apology and I supplied enough materials to repair the damage, I also contacted a staff member myself to notify them of the issue. I also attempted to wait enough time for the repairs go through, because I would like to come across as a fair player. Mistakes happen and they need to be corrected.

I'm happy that this is resolved and we can continue in roleplay either on forum or on the server. I wish everyone good luck and lots of fun.
