To whoever's receiving, my name's Siara Solatra, and I'm one of the representatives of the New Dawn Movement. Y'all in the IMG might remember us from when we were in Andorra Haven in Roussillon.

I'm contacting all of you 'cuz the New Dawn's Bustard, Voidstag II, needs repairs and refitting. I'm not gonna sugarcoat it, she's in bad shape. We've been flying her without a chance to properly stop in a shipyard for maintenance for the past six years or so. We've been keeping her together largely through jury-rigging and spot repairs funded outta our own pockets. We had to sell off a lot of the weapon systems to cover some of those repairs. The armor's basically threadbare from exposure to space, the drives have trouble igniting fusion, and water reclamation is building up scale in the plumbing--not to mention it tastes a bit off.

There's a whole laundry list of issues that she's having. Point is, we need to bring her into port, and we need to give her a full overhaul. The biggest complications with this are gonna be moving her into port, wherever that may be; and finding places for all of the civilian families on board to stay while repairs are underway. Voidstag's not just a carrier, she's a mobile home for all of the people of the New Dawn, and right now she's got close to seven hundred civilians on board, roughly a quarter of whom are children--not including the actual crew of the ship. Wherever she goes, all of these people are gonna need rooms to stay in until the ship's ready for people to move back in.

On the bright side, I can tell you right now that the New Dawn has deep pockets for this job. We'll spare no expense to make sure the job is done right. We just need someone who's willing to take it on.
