Order High Command,

I know there are dozens of various Order divisions around nowadays so I'm just sending this to the high command and they can disseminate it to whomever is best qualified to investigate. During a routine survey of your former stronghold in Omicron Zeta, I stumbled upon something that wasn't here before...at least it wasn't on our charts. Interestingly enough, it was near Capetown Station as well. I found that rather intriguing considering how they opened you all up for an attack in the first place.

If your pilots are brave enough to venture into what remains of that graveyard of a system, you will find what I am speaking about at sector Golf-7. It appears to be under construction and under heavy guard by your ancient enemies--we noted more than several patrols in the area. Our vessel was able to get close enough under cloak to take a photo before bugging out.
