It has been a while since our last dialogue. I am sending a transmission to inquire about the status of Project Onryo.
Do you have any further updates? The project is pending a status update, and therefore I would like to hear how your operatives have been finding this vessel as well as it's effectiveness in your operations.

Representative of Musashi Innovations.
Project Onryo has been transferred to an internal rotation system a few weeks ago, enabling more than the usual three selected pilots to make use of the vessel. It is currently employed at our southern borders and has already proven itself against foreign military elements, on top of its continued excellent performance against our local criminal elements. Despite the considerably higher maintenance cost, NOH considers to expand this project and issue a request whether Musashi Innovations has both capabilities and will to provide two more vessels with the same configuration. Compensated, of course.

Naval Operations Headquarters
Excellent, it pleases me to hear that our brainchild is proving it's worth in your ranks.
We would be delighted to begin work on constructing an additional two vessels based on the Onryo project. Musashi is committed to furthering our partnership with the Naval Forces and bolstering the defense and security of Kusari. We can discuss the finer details of compensation at a further date, for now we will make work on the construction of these vessels.

Your vessels are now complete and are ready for pickup in Hokkaido.
Onto the matter of compensation, we would like to seek a seal of approval to allow us to assist the Chochinbi within the Tohoku system and beyond against Order and Blood Dragon vessels, including access for our ships to move in and out of the Tohoku system. We already have their cooperation, and this feels like the next logical step. I can see that the Kusari Bounty Board does allow this through achieving certain levels of claims; however, for the sake of ease, I would like to request that we may be permitted to waive a few of the steps.
We feel it could be effective if we can use the target-rich environment of that system as well as the neighbouring Omicron Mu as a means to live test our products on.
