"Good day sir or madam,"
"News has been reaching us here in the Kingdom of events transpiring in Coronado. I dare say it has many in the Kingdom trepidatious to Jericho's nature and, more importantly, the harm it may be causing to a cherished and stalwart ally. As such, I'm reaching out to you on behalf of those in court that entertain the notion we ought intercede to some degree."
"As such, we are preparing a care package of sorts to aid in the repair and restoration of damages suffered by Sabah and the people of Yuma. The availability of resources and materials is limited due to the austere conditions incurred by the Gallic War, but we are looking to cobble together what we can. If you are in need of anything specific, please do let me know. What is the security situation in Coronado currently? Any information you can share that enables us to ensure that cargo gets to you safe and sound is appreciated."
"Secondly, there is growing concern within court and her Majesty's Parliament of the strain these events may be placing on our shared capabilities at keeping the Gallian menace at bay. Draw too many resources away from the front, and they may sniff blood in the water. As such, is the Republic able to reassure us of their commitment to the Gallic front? If you are not, what can we do to pick up the slack whilst you get back onto your feet?"
The disaster recovery efforts have been working tirelessly in the past weeks to rescue vessels and recover crews stranded across Coronado. Though the emergency has past it looks like it will take months to restore all the damaged infrastructure such as Yuma's docking ring and some of Sabah's power grid.
The second topic of your message is of much higher concern to me. Recently there has been a prodding attack in Tau-44 by the Gallic Navy. With the Union moving a battleship close to the Tau-23 connected jump gate in Languedoc and demanding the release of said jump gate, it's our concern Gallia will be on an inevitable course of action against the Harris alliance. Our standpoint within the alliance is unquestionable, but with the house of Kusari being distracted with a query with liberty. The Republic has begun to question the stalwartness of all members of the Harris alliance. The Gallic Union is already testing the waters with what it can get away with, and we may need preventative measures against them to ensure our future. I know this is a hard thing to ask, but I assure you this is needed for both of our nations.
In service to the Republic.

"Good day to you Minister Ward,"
"It is uplifting to hear from you with the news that the recovery and repairs appear to be going well. The initial reports that reached me regarding the initial devestation had me concerned for the welfare of those in Coronado. I was a touch worried that the intersystem communications relay was down and out for the count. Correct me if I am wrong but it sounds as if you're on top of it all. Splendid stuff."
"The Republic's commitment to the Harris alliance should never have been in doubt, and I shall be telling those ears at Court as such. Fending off an incursion in your own backyard whilst juggling the demands of Coronado is an impressive feat. I've also had the opportunity to stand and fight beside the FV-Blade Of Woe just last cycle in a fleet engagement in Roussillon. Unfortunately, they didn't survive but their efforts played a pivotal role in our shared victory. With the fighting as fierce as it was, the Chatham had only a few moments to tractor in a handful of survivors. They are being cared for on the estate, and shall be repatriated to you swiftly."
"On the matter of the Empire of Kusari's dedication to the Harris Alliance, I have been speaking with Foreign Affairs Minister Toshinori Kojirou. Verbally they've acknowledged a continuing commitment to the Alliance and, with a planned second trip to the Empire, I'm hoping to establish that there is action backing up those words. I take them to be genuine in their commitment. That being said if the conflict in Galileo escalates I suspect they may feel obligated to respond to Liberty's military might with all the force they can muster. It may be prudent for our two Houses to put our heads together and consider some contingencies in case that comes to pass."
"By the by, would you be willing to forward to me this demand made concerning the Tau-23 Jump gate, Minister?
