Subject: Classified Shipyard Request
Good Evening,
It's been sometime Fleet Admiral, I hope all is going well with you and the 46th. With recent developments with our neighbors in the north, a growing concern with nomad activity from the west, aging ships like the Monument Class Battleship Vermont is becoming more of a risk than an asset. The Reserve Fleet has authorized a complete overhaul on the Vermont. With the Success of the Akhetaten and the need to keep our superiority on the Battlefield I proposed the Vermont be melted down and what spare parts could be salvaged be used in the construction of the aforementioned Advanced Battlecruiser.
While not as Nostalgic as the Mississippi It was hard to make this request due to my long-standing command over this vessel. Participating in the Battle for New London, and the Scouring of bering this ship and its crew have displayed Honor and Valor in the face of enemy forces. While funding is not coming from the 46th I have been asked to ensure a drydock on the Juneau Shipyard can be used. I eagerly await your reply.

Rear Admiral,
It has indeed been some time since we've last spoken, Shepard. Think the last time was just prior to your departure from the Fleet. Glad to see you're still in the fold, regardless.
The Akhetaten-class, as I'm sure you've witnessed on many occasions is a formidable vessel, for sure. Also glad to see that the defense budget is being distributed accordingly, too. You're free to make use of one of the drydocks at Norfolk, as to which one, you will need to coordinate with them directly.
Let me know if I can be of any further assistance. I'd probably recommend getting in touch with Vice Admiral Uhmen, if you've not already, for obvious reasons.

Good Evening Fleet Admiral,
Always one step ahead of me as usual, something I do miss from time to time. I will make a request to the Vice Admiral shortly. Thank you again for everything. Please know that I mean it with every fiber of my being. If you or the 46th ever need anything even if its routine patrol or babysitting a convoy, the Vermont and her crew will always answer the call. Take care of yourself Fleet Admiral.
