I am Großadmiral Erich von Richter. Many of you do not know my name. I came to this position quite recently, after having the honour of serving our great House for many years. In those years, I have had the privilege of serving alongside many Rheinlanders, each exhibiting great valour and courage.
Today, those same people, and every citizen of Rheinland, were just attacked in a cowardly strike.
Preliminary reports indicate that the naval hospital ship, Elsaß–Mosel, was ravaged in an unjustified bombing by Red Hessian and Coalition forces. The ship, a non-combatant vessel, had shown no hostile intent and was on a relief mission for a construction accident in the system. There was zero justification for the attack. An attack, which not only killed numerous medical personnel, but also several civilian workers, who were being treated in the ship's hospital bay. Innocent men trying to make a living. Service members, seeking to help the suffering and the needy.
This despicable attack will not go unpunished. Our armed forces recently managed to slash the Corsair activity menacing us in the North. And these terrorists who dare to claim to be a Rheinlander just as us, will suffer the same fate.
Our people will have vengeance, and we shall never bow down to thugs who think they can terrorize us. And if it is terror they want, rest assured, we will deliver it. We shall stand shoulder to shoulder not just to defend Rheinland, but our families, our homes, and hence our future.
God bless Rheinland, God bless the Kaiser, and God bless our people.
