To the Don(s) that sees this first,
Over the years Junker's Congress has been one of the largest movers of Cardamine in the underworld. Unfortunately, times are changing and the routes we used to rely on are getting progressively more dangerous. One of our main routes, passing through Kusari supplying Cardamine to the Chrysanthemums and the Northern Hackers, is heating up.
I am concerned that with the rising tensions in Galileo, and more importantly the increase in Samura Mining ships, may bring our ancient rivals the Hogosha into Galileo. Your bothers the Corsairs supply them with Weapons and Ships which have left our equipment questionably fit to combat them. This is why I come to you today, I would like to request the right to freely use Outcasts weapons and Non-Military Vessels.

I do not believe we have been introduced. I am Fiorella Arianna de Marco, and I oversee our trade in Liberty. I have been watching the situation in Galileo deteriorate for some time, which is why we have strengthened our cooperation with the local partners.
I do not presume to speak for all of Malta; nevertheless, I will ask the question my colleagues will also put to you: what do you offer, beyond what the Congress already does, in exchange for Maltese weapons and equipment? Are you willing to go as far as the Gen'an cell, per esempio?
Our armaments and ships are no mere commodities. They are conferred as a reward for exceptional loyalty and for the risks taken in defending our interests, our ships, and, ultimately, our lives.
It's been a while since I have heard from you Chenzo I hope all is well with the Razgriz. Unfortunately, I cannot say I have heard of, or seen, Senor Crow in some time, I'll look into it while I await your response.
You are correct, many would raise eyebrows at the nightmarish sight of a Bulldog mounted with Malta's Finest Krakens. However, we have an ace up our sleeves, as you are undoubtedly aware the Taus are littered with the wreckages of many unfortunate souls who perished during the Gallic Invasion. As legendary as Outcast Pilots are even some of your family most tragically fell. So, as has often been an easy argument to pass off our less than legal cargo "You'd be surprised what people leave in scrap fields". However, I understand the hesitation.
As for the business with the Corsairs, messy stuff that, those ungrateful...how do you say Pendejos chose to side with the damn French. As such, business dealings with them have been few and far between mostly relegated to them visiting Tafalgar or Bornholm to refuel and little else. Especially given their recent aggressions against the Zoners. While I would hesitate to call Zoners our Allies fully, I do consider them close brothers in political neutrality. The attack on, and subsequent occupation, of Freeport 9 has done little to curry favor from me and earned them my disdain.
So you have no need to fret over that so far as I am concerned if Corsairs see us using your weapons they can kick rocks my families safety comes first and foremost and that means ensuring they are equipped with only the best Sirius has to offer.
The 101st, I'm the only ghost left. It's a sad truth, but I'll stop at nothing to ensure these woke lot don't forget their genuine history because they'd rather lie to themselves and others about what happened before they were even born.
It's sad to hear Crow's whereabouts and health are unknown. He was a good man.
You may or may not know much about the inner workings of Maltese society, however Crow did. Crow knew that if his units were to recover any of our pilots with ships and brought to us then he'd be handsomely rewarded. This is primarily due to the fact that every pilot we have is sacred. Not like religion, but out of pure respect and honour. No Maltese should be left to drift forever. The secondary aspect is the loss of technology. We'd not wish our technology in the hands of anyone else as there is little to no way we could guarantee the weapons would not fall into enemy hands.
Needless to say, any Maltese pilot who comes across anyone other than Maltese using our weaponry would naturally be hunted and killed without mercy.
With the situation in Theta, the Corsairs have over stepped their mark and we cannot, nay will not allow the Freeport to be under their control forever. Mark my words on that. As this is the first contact since our initial assault on the Freeport- I'd like to thank your men and women for the clean-up operations in place.
I have something which may indeed allow a small supply of weaponry for yourself.
I'd like to know exactly what happened in Liberty when our supply chain ground to a halt. I want all of the information. I want to ensure that this reality never happens again. Can you provide me with this, senor?
I personally, as well as a large portion of Malta would most definitely invest heavily to ensure no such issue ever arises again, and those responsible for the issue are brought to a swift end.

I do apologize for my lack of understanding, I'll commit to doing better in the future. I had no idea that The Maltese had such a deep cultural connection to their technologies. I was fully aware of The Maltese have a deep connection to life however I was unaware of that connection extending to their technology as well. With this in mind I think I will rescind my request, while I would love to have access to the most potent weapons in human space I do not believe that we would do such technology justice simply out of a cultural respect for your peoples.
However as you have mentioned there is other business to attend to, namely restoring the strength and confidence in the "Orange Dream".
You want to know what happened to Rochester?
You want to know why the trade of Cardamine slowed to a trickle?
Look no further than those good for nothing xenophobic pricks in Colorado. They came out of no where and assaulted Rochester blasting our storage facilities and destroying much of our on hand supplies which is how we kept the damned market so stable. This means much, if not all, our Cardamine now has to go to Allentown for redistribution which is massively more dangerous for all involved from all fronts including the previously mentioned Xenos, Liberty Law Enforcement, Gaians (depending on how we travel) and most recently there has been an uptick in damned Aliens across the independent worlds and the ever annoying Order to boot. So, even as good as we are at moving product, and you of all people should know Congress is very good at our job. Even we are loosing more transports then we'd like moving Cardamine. Add on to that the fact that many less dangerous places are now interested in the stuff (Seems the war ravaged Bretonians have gained a taste for the stuff).
Long story short; Liberty has become significantly more dangerous of a place for Cardamine Smugglers, and for many the profits just are not worth the risk.
The Outcasts have always appreciated the Junkers in one way or another. It is a very unpleasant situation down south in Liberty as our allies tend to have "different" obligations and have simply forgotten who is the feeding hand. The Lane Hackers and the Liberty Rogues should've been a good assistance to you and your men, but it appears we have been fooled once again by these "professionals". Looks like we have to do the heavy work on our own.
It also fills me with "joy" to read some familiar names in this channel. However, Chenzo's assumptions are amusing.
Mr. Tiltman, you understand that the resources of the 101st are limited, and as Chenzo has already pointed out, our pilots are "sacred"; it takes time to train one Spectre.
I will send down two vessels, as there is not much to spare from my wings, as simple as it is. But they are capable of getting the job done - more than enough.
Miss De Marco, it's a pleasure hearing from you too.
Enough with the pleasantries. Everyone who stands against the Outcasts will be punished.
First of all I must admit I am taken back by your words of respect with regards to our people and weaponry. I won't forget that, I promise you.
Next, I confess myself as entirely guilty that I've been so out of touch with Liberty operations as of late that it's only through direct communications with yourself here and with DeMarco on Malta but a few hours ago to learn that the bloody Xeno's are responsible for the disruption of our supply chain with yourselves in Liberty.
I'm absolutely bloody furious.
I'll be doing everything I can to root out the rat that allowed the situation to decay as much as it has. This can't just be the Xeno's given there's some form of trade deal with the Xeno's and DeMarco. I smell a rat and I feel I know the culprit, further questions need to be asked my end, I will get back to you.
Sir, I would like to make the situation correct and restore Rochester to former glory, along with making it much, much more secure going forward. Do you think you can work with me on this? Whatever you need, let's make it happen.
The Congress will always have my support. In the background, I've been working on a new line of transports for quite some time now. These transports are what I believe will provide part of the backbone to restoring Rochester to glory along with re-instating the flow of the Orange Dream.
