[Systems] Cortez - ice rocks in trade lanes

Bug: Cortez trade lanes from Curacao to California and Manchester have ice rocks in them and there is possibly a misplaced exclusion zone

Reproduction Steps:

• Go to Cortez system
  
• Use trade lanes or cruise along trade lanes
  
• Observe rocks in trade lane path, the tunnel is too narrow or doesn't exist
  
• Also from the NavMap tool it seems there is a misplaced exclusion zone

The thing you marked in yellow is some kind of issue unique to the Online NavMap. There is nothing in the game files that suggests an exclusion tunnel at those coordinates.

That being said, the latest changes to Cortez did indeed affect the asteroid fields, resulting in asteroids getting the trade lanes. Thanks for bringing that to our attention!
