Greetings Officers!

I noticed the recently opened BPA Parkhurst isn't as welcoming of those who have captured pilots to turn in as Newgate is. We Junkers have begun parsing through the wreckage of Aland Shipyard and during our time out there we are sometimes accosted by assailants such as Red Hessians and Corsairs. Normally we would simply pass them off to a passing Bounty Hunter Convoy or a Bretonian Armed Forces Patrol. However that isn't always the case and often we are left with the less then pleasant choice of keeping deranged criminals in the whole until we make it back to civilization to drop them off with the Authorities or simply launching them out of the airlock to die in space. Personally, I have always had a weak stomach for violence so I prefer the prior.

Long story short, would it be possible for Congress to acquire docking rights to BPA Parkhurst?

Let me know whatever you need from me.

Rick Tiltman,
Arbiter

Mr. Tiltman,

Well if an apology is in order for the delayed response I will work on getting the paperwork squared away to get you said apology in writing. You need to understand that Junkers aren't exactly known for their... forthcoming and willingness to cooperate with various local authorities from time to time, Bretonian authorities included. So your communication has to be taken with a grain of salt. Though I know you gentlemen like to consider yourselves as proper businessmen, so when we're not stepping on each others toes I am sure we can find the basis for some working business relationship that isn't doomed to implode in four weeks as we drown in each other's respective piles of trash. There's no point beating around the bush, I think both of us view the other with mutual suspicion in the grand scheme of things. But I am not about to deny how useful the Junkers are capable of being.

I think we can both agree that fewer pirates on the border is a good thing. And if they're rowdy enough to be pirating Junker ships then surely these men are some of the more questionable of their ilk.
I'll contact the dock master and see to it we can get your men some temporary landing codes. I'm in an argument with some higher-ups about how you and your gentlemen can prove your worth in a more tangible way. Expect a followup assignment in the coming weeks you'll need to review and complete to not have your docking rights expire by year's end. We reserve the right to revoke the landing permits should any unsavory accusations come up against Congress ships within Bretonia and her borders, pending official investigation and review.

Yours sincerely
