Ships are full of removed lights

Ships are full of removed lights
You go to shipyard think ok i pimp my lights back ,but then you find out the slots are missing .
Option is buy the ship for the 2x but that a problem if you have a ship with s-data engines mounted ,and then we not even talk over Barge bustards and other special ships that are build on player base nowdays
So can there be something done aboat that ?
