General Overview
Ever since the incursion of the infectee forces into the Omegas, many have come to display concern for the integrity of the Coalition. Patrols disappearing off the radar, convoys failing to report back - all the symptoms of this meager but mighty society of revolutionaries being targeted by a newfound nemesis, one they cathegorically had no need for, given their already prominent quantity of ill-wishers. And that threat resides very, very near.
Relying on the Order in their time of heavy predicament has become impractical for the Coalition, especially with the growing popular distrust towards the organization amidst the sighting of Osiris-class Battleships and its bastardized Tripoli-produced offspring among the ranks of the Corsair Armada. An initiative was brought up by the High Commissariat to create a new force - one that would be zealously loyal to the Coalition and defend it from any foe, be it external or internal.
The State Security Agency acts on its own authority, independently from the Supreme Council or The High Commissariat, in an event if either become compromised. Though such authority and power come at a price. Every SSA agent must undergo a psycho-synaptic conditioning therapy which renders them quite literally incapable of agreeing with thought processes or logic that would otherwise be opposing to the ideals of the Coalition or ones that would be aimed to compromise its integrity - in a way, their very being gets irreversibly converted to stalwartly agree with and believe into their system. Though some agents find their origin within the Coalition, the vast majority of the agency’s contingent consists of a vast array of captured and indoctrinated foreign operatives, from BIS to GNI. Some cases even include former Order and Core operatives.
Though never a ruling entity within the Coalition, the State Security Agency exists to ensure that nobody within the society of revolutionaries, be they a mere soldier or a government worker, falls victim to the everlooming threat relentlessly pouring out of Omega-58, and in event if they do - that they’d be dispatched swiftly and methodically before the infection can spread.
Concepts
To reduce the risk of infestation, the State Security Agency operates in units rather than squadrons, thus the choice of vessels is often limited to snubcraft ships, freighters, small transports and gunboats. Given how most of the Coalition's own production is relegated to the war front, SSA employs ships of other origins - from civilian market, Z- and R- series to ships directly procured from their immediate comrades in revolution such as Red Hessians and Mollys.
The SSA primarily operates within a close proximity to Omega-52, with their standing orders being to intercept and annihilate any and all Wild ships found in surrounding systems. Their headquarters are located at the enigmatic "Vostok Point" - an excavated rock located deep inside of the Walker Nebula, far out of any charted scapes or routes of the nearby systems. Vostok serves as both the central processing unit of the SSA as well as the traiing ground for its operatives - in this very place, every SSA agent undergoes a psycho-synaptic conditioning therapy that changes them forever.
However, Vostok is not where the SSA dispatches its routes and patrols from. For immediate deployment in nearby systems, they utilize the Carrier "Pripyat" which periodically migrates between Omega-47 and Omega-2 depending on their standing orders. Most of captured foreign agents find their way here for processing, which includes but is not limited to: hypnotic interrogation, surgical examination, initial stages of psycho-synaptic conditioning therapy.
Additionally, the SSA bases some of its local efforts from the Gjallarbru Research Station, maintaining a close cooperation with the station's security while ensuring that no one from the personnel becomes compromised, simultaneously formulating a plan to destroy it in an instant if they discover that the local Hessians had already fallen under the Nomads' control.

Degenerate thugs with imperialistic delusions. They barter Daam K’Vosh artifacts to the highest bidder, and sometimes, those inert tinker toys may become dangerous in the wrong hands. Terminate on the spot.
Outcasts
Cardamine is a plight upon our race and the Maltese are directly responsible for it. The drug is also known to be a powerful performance enhancer, which makes the Outcasts more dangerous.
Golden Chrysanthemums
Matriarchist radicals. No more different than the regime they oppose. They’re just as responsible for the Cardamine Plague, distributing it under a guise of alcohol.

The Order
Though they claim themselves to be "the mankind's shield from the alien threat", they bear their title as "terrorists" for a good reason. Everyone in the SSA remembers that one time their high command threatened to obliterate every existing Zoner settlement, not to mention how the Murmillo-class Battleships came to be. Order operatives are to be captured for processing.
Lane Hackers
Oppositionist group made of exploited former Ageira employees. Could prove to be a good source of information in exchange for first need goods. Known to cooperate with Malta, but the potential information gain outweighs the value. Offer dialogue, do not initiate hostility.
Unaffiliated Pirates
Thugs with no better way to make a living than take from others. Be they a lone wolf or a crew, they are at best unreliable and impulsive.
Militants
Unaffiliated armed civilians that seek to oppose the governments and fight for their independence. Worthy allies of for the Revolutionary Army, though some elements could just be the undercover work of the Wild. Approach and observe with caution, terminate if identified as an infectee or a sympathizer for the Nomads.
Liberty Rogues
Highly territorial gangs formed of lowlives, thugs, alcoholics and drug addicts. Nevertheless, the black market in Liberty is bustling with potential exploitations.
RESTRICTED - SSA ACCESS ONLY Molly Movement
Sole responsibility for the Pulse and the Slog plague. Their real interest lies in establishing an independent republic in Dublin and nothing more. Since the official Coalition mandate designates them as “comrades”, do not make our distrust towards them evident. Use their installations and equipment while the situation permits.

A house-loyal company, as such, can’t be trusted. There has been no active disruption of our efforts from their side, either.

Domestic terrorists who played a critical role in reinstating the imperialists in Rheinland and paid for it.

Organized criminal network of Gallia who are known for their human trafficking.

Spiritual inheritors of the Corscian Mafia and spreaders of Nox.

Red Hessians
Ill organized society with varying values. Some still remember the Von Rohe day and adhere to the founding Hessians beliefs, some just use those as an excuse to prey on the weak. Highly susceptible to be compromised by the WIld. Gjallarbru serves as a good staging ground for our operations in Omega-55, but it can never be allowed to become a liability. Take over the station or destroy it if the personnel are found to be compromised.
The Bundschuh
Rebels fighting for people’s rights in Rheinland.
Landwirtbewegung
Oppressed farmers on the rise to fight the corporate plague in Rheinland. Formerly butchered from their subsumption by the Farmer Alliance, they once again stand proud on their own. Assist where possible.

The Coalition is our blood and bones. Though we do not adhere or follow the same orders that are given to the Revolutionary Army, they are to be safeguarded on their way out of and into the Omegas. The High Commissariat and The Supreme Council are the primary targets of our enemy and are as such to be kept a close eye on at all times.
