Today I was passed something worrying, we have a plague. Not only that, but the memory of Planet Leeds has been desecrated, in front of the memorial no less. A truly shocking event, this certainly isn’t an isolated incident.

I’m talking of course about Pirates, Zoner IFF’ed vessels halting, then formally engaging civilian traffic. Had I not seen the footage, nor logs myself, then I would not have believed it. These brazen acts cannot go unpunished. We all fought hard to retain our right to be Bretonian, we will not let these dogs once again bring harm to civilians under our watch.

As you can see, this was a brazen attack almost on top of the memorial to the fallen. Had this Samura vessel not reached the safe haven of Durham, its crew would have faced the same fate our brave men and women did fighting those Gallic bastards. The cutthroat even had the audacity of transferring credits to our onlooker. The funds were passed onto the poor Samura vessel facing this assault.

I have sent assets far up the line, outside of our influence; I’m getting reports back of these same Zoner vessels cutting off our trade. While these victims are not ships in our employ, they are still transporting commodities that the good Bretonian people have toiled over. This needs to be nipped in the bud, pronto.

Agent Fairfax Thank you for providing this update. Our patrols have also noted an uptick in pirate activity across Leeds and Newcastle in recent days, apparently targeting Kusari convoys. Such brazen action is indeed unacceptable. I have issued a bulletin to CDI special constables categorising [EX] flagged vessels as affiliates with a suspected pirate organisation. Should you observe further incidents or receive other actionable intelligence, please do forward these for documentation and processing. I will defer to the Admiralty's discretion on whether this categorisation should be forwarded to the Bretonian Bounty Office for further attention by registered subcontractors.
