[Systems] Briançon Station can't be selected on the Navmap

Bug: Briançon Station can't be selected on the Navmap.

Reproduction Steps:

• Want to go to Briançon Station from wherever
  
• Does not show up on the Navmap because I assume the priority or whatever its called, I forgot, is lower than Planet Alès
  
• Be forced to put a waypoint elsewhere and remove it so that I can go to Briançon and lose time

I assume it's an oversight, but its a bit annoying, not really a bug I guess? Just a little thing that could be tweaked and changed.
No one wants to go on Planet Alès, do you?

Sorry, I used the default hosting destination on ShareX when uploading online which is Imgur (as it requires no account I assume). I changed it to Flickr, here it is.

The initial post was alright and I have been able to see it. For all UK people, I advise to use VPNs, there are plenty of options that don't cost anything. It's likely easier than expecting literally everyone else to cater to your circumstances.

Looks like Planet Ales has been moved slightly and I can now select Briancon Station on the nav map. Fixed
