Question about the deep omegas

hey

so i like to explore, and now that this deep omegas are not something new, i decided to go explore. so i know that there is one passage on omega 41 and another on omega 47, but yesterday and today i wasn't capable to dock on those jump holes, it even say that they are unaligned. so i'm missing another or they are only aligned in just some certain days?
